Mir Sultan joined the Wulff lab in 2025 as a visiting student to complete his MSc degree in Bioinformatics at Northeastern University, USA. He is investigating resistance gene differential expression in wheat and Ae. tauschii. Mir Sultan’s research interests include alternative gene expression in immune responses and applying machine learning to improve public health outcomes.
